Facebook always knows how to kill the joy, recently they do it again. Instead of increasing user experience, Mark Zuckenberg and his team reap the unexpected wrath from its users.
Who want to search friend names to start chat with them? I don’t. Well, the newly introduced facebook sidebar chat makes you do that and it does indeed suck.
I no longer be able to chat with my friend easily as I used to be. Frankly, I hate Facebook dearly, but since my family and my friends love it blindly, I am forced to use it to keep up with them.
The feature I use most is Facebook chat, because I rarely update my status, I am not kind of guy who share my live to the world, I don’t see good reason for it. By the way, this post is meant to bring back the old Facebook chat bar and kick out the new one. Want it? Sure follow the following steps.
Bring back the old Facebook chat bar
We need to install an add-on, namely FB chat Sidebar Disabler. Once you installed it to your browser, the old chat bar will be back. Simply install the add-on depend on browser you use:
While log-in to your FB account, go to Options–>activate the OLD-Style Chat. Like this image:
